im 30 and just had bursitis and tendonitis in shoulder and would like to start working out...i want some help with creatine or something that would help me build muscles quicker without the caffeine...i like something that wont give me a big high...

Not too old at all! I would recommend you start off slowly, and if possible, you join a health club or YMCA where there are trainers to help you set up a program for you and and monitor it with you. Good luck.

I would seriously start off with just lifting a small amount of weight without any creatine just to get your muscles used to working out. Then you should consider using substances. I'm no expert on creatine, but if you want to gain weight I would use whey, thats what I use.

I know it stinks to think it but it is just diet and exersize that you need. Keep with your lean proteins and be patient. Remember anything artificial and it could be like with steroids, if you start to take them your body stops making its own testosterone. The testicle and penis can even shrink. Man don't mess with Mother nature, keep it natrual. You will be glad you did and even more proud of your body. As for the bursitis and tendonitits try glucosamine and chondroitin as well as Capsicum (cayenne pepper). Capsicum has anti inflamitory properties and can even help with headaches and digestion. Glucosamine and Chondroitin will help your body heal tendons and ligaments natrually. For energy, look on the internet for Panax Ginseng great stimulant and good for you in many other ways too. Its never too old to start lifting weights. I started at age 45. I sought the advice of a personal trainer. They can steer you in the right direction and get you started. To build muscle eat lots of protein and take a protein drink also. I take whey protein powder every morning.
