Just impeachment would be sufficient in this case. But both Cheney and Bush should be indicted for impeachment. There is sufficient evidence of crimes committed against the constitution for both of them to be sent to prison for quite some time. That would be justice if it was served.

I kind of like the tar and feathering thing myself....but I would settle for impeachment.

Just impeached.
The constitution allows impeachments for criminal actions, and Bush has publicly admitted to sufficient underlying criminal actions.
Tar and feathering is prohibited by the 8th Amendment, as cruel and unusual punishment.

Ummm....stepping on the constitution is more then enough reason for me. After all, he was elected to uphold it.

If you are judging him on amnesty you better get a bigger wagon to fit most of the democrat party. In fact Barrack Obama called you a racist for not wanting amnesty for illegals. I think you need to redirect your barrel of tar.

Impeached. Let's use the system we have. His greatest crime was lying to go to war. But his impeachable crimes are holding prisoners without trials, illegal wire taps, and abuses of power.

I'm upset with regards to amnesty, bigger than ever government, and absolutely no control what-so-ever with regards to fiscal responsibility.
