I heard that somewhere a 12 or 13 year old girl got her legs chopped off while riding a free fall ride at an amuesment park somewhere. Does anyone have any info about this? Where, when and how?????

She got her feet cut off in the accident.

It happened at a Six Flags about a month ago, I belive. The things that hold the ride up fell and wrapped around the girls ankles. One of her feet was able to be re-attached, but the other wasn't. She and her family are suing Six Flags, so they should be able to get a nice amout on money from that.

yea i heard about that it was on a superman freefall ride i believe it was in an amusement park in kentucky. as it was going down a cable got wrapped around her feet and as it went up, her just ripped off. its a scary story it happend about a 1 and 1/2 months ago or something like that.

I heard the same thing. It was @ a Great America,not sure wich one though. From what I heard a cable broke and sliced through her at the feet. How increadibley horrific for her!!

yeah it was at the kentucky kingdom six flags in louisville kentucky. we were going to go there on vacation the day after it happened and all of my family had gone there and rode the ride, scary. and i heard that they were able to reattach her feet because it was a clean cut.

it happened about a month or so ago at a six flags. i want to say it was in texas. i don't think it was a free fall ride. i believe it was a superman ride. if you do a google search, you'll probably find it

Yes, I remember that story. I think it was at one of the big parks in Orlando (Disney or Universal) The free fall cable snapped and whipped around and sliced off both of her feet.
