I use Google Calendar. Is their a way to print a week (M-F)?

I want to give the print-out to my assistant so she can see where I will be during the week.

As far as I know, to print your calendar, just follow these steps:

1. Select the calendar(s) you wish to print in the calendar list to the left of Google Calendar.
2. Click the printer icon to the left of the calendar's view tabs.
3. A "Print Settings" menu will appear in a new window. Simply select the desired options for your printed calendar.
4. Click "Print."

There are several ways to change the print-out result

A. Change the font size under "Calendar Print Preview".
B. When you on step 4 "print", on the top, you need to press "property". Change "portrait" to "landscape"
C. Save as a PDF file. Open it with adobe. Manipulate the printout.

Go to "settings" in the upper right corner, there you will see the option "show weekends" click that to no and save. Now back in your calendar in the upper right corner, of the calendar itself, you should see a tab that reads "Week" which will be next to the tab that reads "Day" and "Month". Select the "Week" tab so that the calendar only shows you the week and since you chose not to show weekends it will show you Monday-Friday only. Then click the print link and it will allow you to print M-F.
