I don't think it means anything. I have to sleep like that as I cannot sleep on my side due to arthritis in my hips, and if I put my arms straight down I am not at all comfortable.

That you're sleeping on your back with your arms folded across your chest! Its just a comfty position isn't it? Thats how I sleep...or in the recovery position.

You guys who sleep like this, don't you ever get pins and needles in your hands? When I fall asleep with my arms across my chest I wake up with heavy hands and then get pins and needles!???? It a bummer too coz its a comfy position.

I fall asleep in the same position too, usually. I just find it comfortable. I seriously doubt it means anything though, so don't worry!

some people are more comfortable sleeping on their stomaches, and others on their backs. there is nothing abnormal about that.
