I Live to Cook!! :-) I can pretty much cook anything (globally speaking) but I'm not much of a pastry-chef i have to say.
Some of my specialties/favorites are:
-Thai Coconut Chicken
-Moroccan Olive&Prunes-Tajin
-Bologniese Sauce
-Safron Rice
Man!!........When is lunch?!? ;p

Yes of course I can cook Fares! But how I wish my husband could cook too...
My specialty is "Mloukhiyye". No one makes it like I do!! Wanna come & taste it?

I don't have a specialty...I can cook almost anything...my favorite food is koussa w wara2 and moghrabiyi so I cook those two pretty well

I don't know if I have a specialty, maybe home made falafel, but promise me that Aussie is never to find this out.

Seared lamb chops served with pommes duchesse (a potato dish), asparagus marinated in olive oil and balsamic vinegar, lightly grilled, and pears poached in red wine, and garnished with fresh mint for dessert...

yeah.......I can, actually I'm doing it for my family from longggggggg ago,
My speciality in Lebanese food are wara'a 3enab (grape leaves), tabbouleh, baba ghanoush, and for dessert awaimets ( i love them)
I'm good making ravioli a la Carusso ( milk cream+ champignons + ham + mozzarella cheese)
Even.......canelloni with meat sauce. and lot of minced cheese.
