Oh my God all of these people don't want to help you.
I can give you the directions.
1) Get a white paper.
2) Write everything bad you think you did.
3) Get another paper.
4)Write everything you want to do to fix your mistakes and solve problems.
5) Burn the first paper.
6) And attach the second to the wall where you can see it most of the time. It will motivate you and give you hope.
