I will be getting a fair hearing. I have been here 7 yrs. with no problems at all.

Prepare for the hearing. Read the documents and you'll find the reason for the eviction. Prepare to refute the claim.

If they say you haven't paid, bring canceled checks, receipts, duplicate money orders, whatever.

If they say you're trashing the place, bring pictures showing what the place really looks like.

If they say you are noisy, bring neighbors to say they don't hear any noise.

A 'hearing' means you get to speak and tell your side. Prepare to do that. If all you do is go and listen, don't waste the time going, spend it packing and looking for a new place to live.

That depends on the reason for your eviction. Show you have paid rent, kept the place clean, not disturbed your neighbors, etc. See why you are being evicted first.

Get a job so you can start paying rent in a regular apartment like the rest of us.
