Yes, my entire family has cheek dimples. Always on the same side in the same place. Except the overweight people, you can't see theirs as well.

I work in a corporate environment where we can't exactly say, "Kiss my azz!" when we need to.
So I just point to my rear end and say with a snear..."Pick a dimple and start smoochin', Baby!"
They usually get the point.....

Yes, and it drove me crazy as a kid.....that is the first thing anyone said to me, "awwww, you have dimples! how cute."
Now that I've passed them on to my son (4)--I think they really are cute......but he is adorable anyway!
