how to fix a bloick wall?

Is it concrete blocks/cinder blocks or is it bricks? Are they loose because mortar came out from frost heaves? Is the mortar generally broken and needs repointing? Did a car hit it and smash some blocks?

A "bloick" wall? You mean "block wall" & we need more details here about what happened to the wall that it needs to be repaired.
