Generally, law enforcement doesn'tset up anoymous reporting systems for minor offenses. Why not be honest and just call the police? What ae you trying to hide?
The authorities especially don't encourage anonymous reports on things like this. They'd be inundated with thousands of calls from bigots and racists deliberately trying to harass every nonwhite they could-including US citizens. The police have enough real work to do without wasting their time on such crap. And they need to be spending their time going after real criminals--not people who are jsut working for a living and not hurting anyone, which is most immigrants, including the illegals.

Do you have a CrimeStoppers program in your area. If so, you could write an anonymous letter to them with all the information you can come up with on these illegal aliens.

You would contact the local office of the ICE (Immigrations and Customs Enforcement), and give them the information.
However, as the poster above noted, absent some other criminal violation, ICE has their hands full.

Current federal policy is to not forcefully deport illegal aliens unless they have committed a crime. If they have committed a crime, contact the local police department. If they haven't committed a crime, the government probably doesn't really care, because if they did then they would be flooded with complaints.
