MERCON® Multi-Purpose Automatic Transmission Fluid XT-2-QDX (US); XT-2-LM12 (Canada)

This is what Henry says it uses, straight from the Ford service manual. You should be able to get Mercon/Dextron at any parts store. Ford has since discontinued using Mercon and have switched to Mercon 5, there is a TSB from Ford number 07-1-7 that states that it is acceptable to use Mercon 5 in your power steering system.
