I think they would have still been together! Their relationship did not go down the drain until Cassie's death. Nick did not know how to deal with death of his daughter so he turned to Phyllis and Sharon turned to Brad!

I agree, but I also feel that eventually they will get back together. They are the next Victor & Nikki, from break-ups to make-ups.

I think he was in love with the whole time he was sleeping with Phyllis. I honestly think without the pregnancy that Sharon and Nick would have stayed together.
And I am pretty such they will get back together by the end of this summer.

Yes, I think that the break that they have taken from one another will make the heart grow fond! I don't think that Cassie's death caused it....I think that both were getting tired of one another and it was an easy out for the both of them! Now that they are falling in love again...it won't be long before there's another trip down the isle for the two of them!

ok I do admit that Sharon did take the severe highway the day beforehand of this....First time for each thing yet different than that I even have no longer something effective to declare approximately her. I luv Nick with Phylis! Thank God for Tivo i became waiting to speedy forward with the aid of lots of the scenes with Sharon and Nick this week. No, because they were under so much strain, I think about it. They wanted comfort in different people on the outside. It's hard for someone grieving over something to comfort someone grieveing over the same thing. I don't like Sharon, though. I like Phyllis and Nick much better.

Cassie's death did cause a lot of pain for both of them, but I think Nick's cheating is what broke the camel's back...

I agree with you. When a child dies, it does tend to change how couples feel about one another.
But I don't think they should get back together. There would be more cheating and deceit and lying, and Noah would be able to pick it up. Kids are like that, sensing something is wrong with the parents when they are together.

I believe Cassie's death was the deterioration of their marriage. If that wouldn't have happened they'd still be together.
