I was travelling with my daughter on a 12 hour flight, when she became very travel sick. We were on the very last row, and She threw up every hour on the hour for about 4 hours. Finally the air attendent moved me and my smelly child to the row at the wings - and she stopped almost immediately. There was something about the flexing of the plane that really bothered her. My suggestion would be to request seats in the middle of the plane - and explain why!

Have you tried those patchs that you wear for 3 days? I like those. Also, try sitting in the front and turning the air on as fast as possible. Keep breathing deep breaths of as much fresh air as possible. Take a sweater to prevent chill from the air but you need the air to be moving. Keep your eyes to the front and or horizon.

Go to your doctor and get a Rx for Anxiety! It really calms you down a lot, and I'll bet it would ease the symptoms of motion sickness. It can also help you sleep while traveling.

Hi Heather,
I have the very same issue and I have to fly a few times a year. I have to sit above or preferably in front of the wing, any further back and I'm a complete mess.
I hope this helps and I hope you will bless and be blessed today.

Go to bed really, really late the night before your flight. Then sleep on the plane. Ask the flight attendant to wake you up when the flight is over. Try it!
