question about amadeus play v.s. movie?

for those who have seen/been in the play...there is a scene in the movie where wolfgang is chasing his wife around and some party and then under a table tickles her and Saleiri looks on...is this scene in the play at all? If so, how is it played?

It is the opening scene following Salieri's opening introduction to the play. What do you mean by how is it played? He chases her into the room and she hides under the piano and he keeps trying to tickle her while teasing her (obscenely as it happens).
