I heard last night that the Yankees have signed Scott Williamson to a minor league contract. Will he be called up? Would he make a good set up guy for Mo?

They signed him to give them some additional help should the trade one of their set-up people for some other position players.

He hasn't been that good, but who knows how good anyone will be from here on in.

A great move for the Yankees. There is no one better in the clubhouse than Williamson and he is a leader and a winner. There is a real good chance that we could all see him manage in MLB someday, he is that good. Even if he can't throw strikes any longer the Yankees should bring him up just for his presents going down the stretch.
