Once you think about the testosterone how could if be all fake, one actual hit is going to cause Rage, the blood is not just real, it's really real.
If you think the chairs are fake, the Ring steps are not. The trash cans and lids sound painful but the tables and ladders are painful.
When Play-by-Play started to be Written on this Internet, The "Chairman of the Board" disclosed that it is scripted, without a choice it was a smart move.
If a star flies, a star stands ground taking the hit for love of the sport. Billing a Main Event requires belts to be held.
Razor blades were used, but not now. Fight winners are fixed to promote talent, storylines and sometimes the fix is just, first to use signature move wins. Match time allotment is shared, management stages interruptions to conclude.
Outside the cameras view may be fake, like being tossed in a hole! Bones are and do break, revenge is constant, a rivalry may be staged, or not, and friends like to fight.
Off-camera slights find the ring, and ring fights happen beyond the stage off-camera.
Friends fight for friends, against friends, and with friends. Friends become enemies and enemies become friends.
Story's rule, then signature moves but wins are desired, if stars sat down to plan fights, fights would start there, to assume it is all planned assumes talent beyond the Realm.
Care not to break bones and teeth or injure is the training requirement, "hits and falls," some forget their training.
Yes: nothings-fair and Alls-fair are you ready to Rumble, Extreme, Sickening, Not fit to Air, Unstopped Bludgeoning just Watch.
In 1420 strait days {203 weeks} Chris Benoit worked 219 Events {cities}{fights} + the many off camera {cities}{fights} Unknown to me.

Did someone actually say they tape a blood pack to the back of chair above me. That is one of the most retarded things I have heard. Wrestlers don't use fake blood. Fake blood does not flow it does not coagulate. They use fake blood in the movies because they can stop the camera and apply more when it starts to dry out. That would not be possible to do during a live wrestling match. I'm not saying they have never used fake blood. They probably have used it for an outside the ring stunt but not during a live match. They probably would if it was practical, but You can bleed alot from your forehead and it is not a very sensitive part to cut. Regarding your questions on the reality of wrestling I urge you to read "Have a Nice Day" by Mick Foley I think it will really help separate the line of fiction and reality. It was definitely not fake when Mick had his ear ripped off in a match.

Ok look the fighting is fake and so are the story lines. Most of the wrestlers are good friends and even travel with one another. Wrestlers are performer, actors, and stunt men. They take the hits from chrairs, take the falls and punish their bodies because they are very well trained and because we the fans want to see it. You cant stop the blood and sometimes the hits mis the mark and the werstlers get enjured stuff happens.

No it is not fake. There is no way to fake falling 20 feet, or getting blasted with a metal chair. They practice how to land, and hope for the best. The blood is real. They carry a small blade in a wrist band, or tights, or somewhere on the stage or ring, then cut themselves to produce the blood. They say that someone gets injured at every show, every day.

Some is 'scripted', and some is fake, like who will win and lose a match, but that doesn't stop the blood, I'm a lady who likes watching the female league, and they are out for each other, believe me.....
