Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows error?

On page 592 of my version when Amycus is yelling at McGonagall it says "She's gorn and sent for him..." shouldn't this be "gone" and does anyone else have this mistake?

My book says that too. It's because Amycus and Alecto have odd accents.... like Hagrid. How almost every other word Hagrid says is spelled wrong. It's the same thing.
Of course, it may be a typo, the E and the R are right next to each other on the keyboard. You would think that someone would have caught it, but... *shrugs* you never know.

It's just JKR's way of representing Amycus's dialect (the way he talks). Hagrid's words are often misspelled, as well.

There are one or two typos in my version of the book. I am not one to ever pick up on them and I still saw some so yes there are errors around.

i agree with the rest that say it is an effort to show an accent. It is repeated a few times on the page so I doubt its a typo.

Gorn is just the accent. Are you American? I don't think they ever use "Gorn" in the US.

I think it's supposed to show he has some sort of accent. I thought maybe he had a Scottish accent.

I think that's the way he talks. A rough dialect.
