I keep getting letters from them asking why I don.t write..I put the address they put on envelope....but they never get it.can you find someone to help me

Do you put enough postage on?
For an international letter it is more than a local one, ask at the post office if you do not know how much.
If you do, ask them to e-mail their address, print it, cut the address out of the page and stick it on your letter.
Put your own address on as well, with the word sender, so that when the letter can not be delivered it comes back to you.
And do not put many pages in an envelope, as some people expect there to be money in a thick letter.
