Im trying to locate my uncle in France?

My uncle lives in France, under someone elses name. Is there any site or newspapers that you could recomend me to put a message or an add so i could get in contact with him?

France is a very big country. Newspapers tend to be zonal. It would help if you knew what department number he lives in. If not try the British Embassy in Paris.
