Unless a collector is looking for a certain name brand, probably not much value. I have about 20 of them as I used them for years. They made two types. One for carpenters and one for pipefitters. The difference was one had 1" on the outside and the other had 72" there for inside the pipe measurements.

It is hard to put a monetary value on such things, a collector of old carpenters tools may pay a few dollars for it.
You could take it to an auction room to see if they can put a value on the rule.
If there is a brand name on it you could see if there is a website where you can learn a little more.
