Ladies, have you found anything that was helpful and effective?

spice tea better known as (cinnamon) will totally get rid of them. Get the sticks and make them into a tea. Drink it hot with a little of your favourite sweetener.

Put something warm on the area that hurts. I like those things they sell at stores. They're called Therma heat or something. Also you could buy those herbal pillow thingys that you warm up, they sell them at malls! Also, go for a walk. I noticed that just sitting around makes it worse.

And the only medicine that works for me is Aspirin. Everything else doesn't do the job (Extra Strength Tylenols and Advils, Ibuprofen), not even Midol works, it's all crap for me! And I've tried getting high for it, it doesn't work either. But everyone is different too. My cramps are horrible by the way....

Start taking Advil a couple of days before,,it relaxs the muscles and makes the cramps, in my case gone!!

One word: Midol. That stuff works freakin' wonders! God bless whoever came up with it!

i drink alot of water, and take a midol i advise not to take any tylenol or advil because it will make you bleed more

working out...if you work out a lot you get less cramps..oh and get those midols ready when they do come..and some chocolate

Nice Hot Baths....and exercising helps too.
(it doesn't hurt to take a midol neither!)

umm i don't get them that bad but when i do exercising helps for some reason. or the heating pad thing works for me

yep, calcium lots of it will actually reduce cramps.
