I think any fued that goes three PPV's gets old, but out of the choices you have listed I will go with DX vs. McMahons. I think HHH is better as a heel and I think the match-ups were lopsided on paper.
I actually thought the Vampiro/Sting rivalry during the waning days of the WCW was the worst - because it got so old and Vampiro was only going to get so over.
