i think girls only need pads for periods,but bras does not make any sence.boobs are just mammary glands.girls,u dont need to hide them.why u lie us dont take off your shirts.

There R some boobs I would not want to see,but there are alot I wish I could see! I like nips pointing through shirt,it is sexy.

I wear a bra because I am a size 38DD. Each one of my boobs weighs a little over 7 pounds each. That's equal to a set of twin babies!!!!
If I try to enjoy simple things like brisk walking, running or working out, they will either get in the way or hurt really bad. I wear a bra for support to take the strain off my back.
Also, my nipples are pretty long, so I don't think it is professional to have big, swinging globes in the office board meetings with pencil erasers pointing at everyone. LOL!
Additionally, if you do not support the breast tissues in your early life, then they will stretch and lose elasticity, resulting in saggy, flat or banana looking boobs when you are older.
If I were a smaller busted woman, I would sure love to let them roam free!

Well, it's called modesty. Your comment: "boobs are just mammary glands" is like saying the butt is just fat, yes, we know what we're made of and that doesn't mean we are about to let that hang out. Girls (including myself) don't generally mind wearing a bra, in fact it is much more comfortable not to mention modest.

It's not so much a matter of hiding them as it is back support, and anti saggage. Bras also help to enhance the shape and size of the breast. Bras make breasts look perkier as well as they can also increase cleavage.So there ya have it, the brassiere scoop! It's also slightly illegal for women to go topless in public. So it's not that we don't wish to share in the freedom of going topless, we just don't want to blow the money on fines for indecent exposure.

I prefer my boobs stay where they're supposed to when I'm older...rather than sag down to my belly button. I've seen hippie women that burned their bras...it's not a pretty sight. In fact...if I showed them a pic of what they'd look like in the future...they'd probably jump into the fire to get that bra back!!

We need bras to hide ugly headlights. Also because it hurts to excersise without them. If we have to run and don't have a bra on it feels like 10 lbs of force pulling skin off our chest every time they bounce. Plus now days you can buy them in pretty patterns and things, I mean who doesn't want cute underware!!!

Yeah right! u say that cos' u don't have boobs, if we didn't wear bras man would not leave us alone with out pointy nipples.. and plus I have small breast so I need a little help with my push up in some situations.. lol

It's not a matter of hiding. First off, they like having cleavage, because it makes their boobs look bigger.
Second, It keeps them from gettin' all saggy and wrinkly and gross. So, yeah, bras ARE neccesary.

Bras arent for hiding boobs, they are for supporting them, putting off the eventual sag, and making them pretty for jerks like you!

You should put on some prosthetic boobs and go around with them just hanging all day and you will realize how much they can get in the way of doing simple everyday tasks.
