I learned that rage is a negative emotion to some problem
I'm experiencing. I substitute the word challenge for problem,
recognize (detail) the challenge and why it's causing issues,
come up with a plan to deal with it in a positive way, execute
the plan, and hopefully win the challenge. If I lose, I tell myself
(the Sun will come out tomorrow *).

Most of the time, in the wrong ways. I tend to yell, throw things, insult others, scream, cry. And, heaven forbid I get filled with rage while I am drinking....then it all gets compounded. I can be really terrible, although I don't mean to be. The anger just seems to take over sometimes.

Find out what you are really angry at.Rage is nothing but bottled up emotions. You have to learn how to channel your rage thru other expressive ways.Stop containing all of your emotions, because left not dealt with turns to come out in many negative forms.Crying helps.Pray, read God's word

I don't have any rage. I learned long ago that everything happens for a reason. I just try not to be that reason unless it's something good.

Well, I start off by doing some Pilates to tone my abs. Then I wash my clothes on my washboard abs. Then I riverdance in the middle of the street in front of Kmart in the pooring rain. But If it's not raining I cant do that, so I whiten my teeth.

I've learned to use it. I pretty much just bottle it all up inside tightly, packing it all in. Then whenever I need an adrenaline boost, I think about all the things that have pissed me off, and let the anger take over.

Music. I used to deal with it in ways that were harmful to my body.
But music certainly has a calming affect, and music that you can relate to. Like when I'm extremely mador depressed i'll listen to FFTL, or Norma Jean.
Try it.
