I forgot to turn on my head lights &the police just followed me for a while, I didn't realize they wanted to notify me due to them just staying behind me with absolutely no lights/sirens whatsoever, so then I stopped& parked just out of curiosity. They jumped out of their car and asked me if I had a gun/drugs in my car, screaming&yelling, telling me to keep my hands on the wheel, asked me tons of personal questions, what I had for dinner, &made TONS of unnecessary comments, accused me some things that were so disgusting that they are against my religion to even discuss some of the disgusting things they were accusing me of. I asked them why they would ask me such questions. Initially they tried to arrest me for trying to "drive away" from them which I did not. I just spent about 3 hours crying uncontrollably &feel like I am dead inside,so depressed & I feel too depressed even to go to work today, I feel like my life is over

They demanded to know the locations of where play certain sports, looking at the sports equipment in my car. They Pretty much judged me told me what they thought of me personally, which was unnecessary and had nothing to do with anything,
They gave me a ticket for no lights being on, in the end, the whole thing took about 45 minutes.
told me to drive off in a direction that was a dead end, and when I didn't know how to get out of the dead end they stayed and waited , and I was terrified, their car was blocking mine after they told me to drive off.

Wow, these sound like nasty cops. I totally understand how stressed out you must feel. Maybe they weren't even dooing their job right. I'm not sure if you can sue them, maybe, i would try to go to the local police station and CALMLY explain what happened to you last night and explained how you were harrassed and judged and discriminated against. I would really try this, but I don't know if this would work.
I, myself am still trying to learn how to (if I ever was, but fortunately not), in one of these stuations, as I may be unsure of what to do because I am still only 19 and learning.

that amounted to harrassment, I would have noted the number of their unit, asked for their badge numbers and reported them to their superiors and to your legislator, I've done so in fact and got the jerks fired. In fact, once I called 911 and requested a second officer be sent to control the one harrassing me, he didn't stick around when I did that, he actually took off. I waited for the second officer and gave him the information on the unit and description of the officer that harrassed me. He was disciplined and lost his rank.

Did you get their badge numbers? You could report them to the chief of police or even the mayor, and let them deal with it.
