given the state of affaars in the uk, my daughter got back from ibiza. going through passport control. they were manned by muslim woman wearing their muslim outfits,this is pc correctness gone crazy., we are welcomed back into uk, by people wearing the burkah. all this in a country that is on terrorist alert. HOW nice it was to met by a friendly native at passport control. and know you were back in the good old uk. now we are allowed in by muslims.. something wrong somewhere

absolutely, not all muslims are terroriests, but almost all terroriests are muslims. Isn't is really ironic that a muslim wearing berkah wants to check your baggage?

I think that they should wear security type uniforms and not be allowed to abstract from that, or display any type of religious preference, including, all religious items. Christian chain & cross, Jewish skull cap, Hindu red Bindi dot and Muslim anything, Pyjama pants, burkha or anything else
This is a Government Department at an Airport not a Church, Mosque, Synagogue or Temple. The workers should leave their religious memorabilia at home or in their work lockers. With England being so multi cultural now it is not right for all of the different factions displaying provocations to other religious groups of travelers.
The PC brigarde have proven themselves to have gone nuts with this one

oh rite grow some common sense, we have just had 2 drs, muslims, respectible jobs and had been given trust and respect in uk, they tried to blow up Glasgow Airport 2 weeks ago, so how on earth are you to tell, who is genuiene and not. I agree get the wrong certain type in any job, including passport control and we are asking for it again, and its because of their stupididty, it is them you should be blaming for the racism. We too have landed at Manchester, with hundreds of peole who were shocked to see a full muslim passport control. Pathetic, this is uk belive it or not.

They deported a white granny who happened to be born outside the UK by British parents, but came back as a baby and lived and paid taxes and had a family, but the immigration grabbed her 'cos her papers wasn't right. Why dont they do that for the others?

Are you a member of the BNP perhaps? No? Well you sound like it. What is PC about a Muslim woman wearing headscarf? She does not wear it to be PC but to conform with her religious beliefs. Is it hurting you for her to wear a scarf? And how is she related to terror just because she is a Muslim? Are all catholics considered terrorist because of the IRA? Quick suspect all women wearing crosses. At least she has a job and is paying tax's. Where i work there are hundreds of British people on the social security buying drink and cigarettes and getting there rent and council tax payed for my me and any other working person. I know who i have the bigger problem with and its not a woman earning an honest living, paying tax's and worshiping God as she see's fit. Yes something is wrong somewhere and its people like you!
