How do I go about Copyrighting a phrase on a bumper sticker?

You need to submit the saying to the Copyright office along with payment for said Copyright.

Not sure if you are in the US or Canada and that will make a difference. Maybe ask the folk at one of the following sites.

The first site has contact info to ask questions like this for people in the US.
The second is for Canadians.

I'm not sure you CAN copyright a phrase or a word.
