Sure of course.

Your alternator can sustain lots of current so charging another battery is not be too much of a problem. My wall plug-in battery charger goes from from 2 amp to 6 amps to 10 amps. But it is a smart charger and goes down to 2 amps pretty fast (even with mildly dead battery). That much current can be maintained by the alternator with easily.

Long time ago (in the 70's and 80's) before the days of advanced cheap electronics, we used to charge second new or dead battery using a good car all the time. Besides you just need to charge it enough to get the second car going.

Currently I have a "emergency" jump start battery in my trunk. I have it permanently wired into the car system (with a diode to prevent accidental discharge). Once the battery is charged the current flow is less than 1/2 of amp (often much less). And this is wired in 100% of the time.

Good Luck.

It's feasible, but i don't believe to practical, i mean cause then the alternator from the working car is charging 2 batteries instead of one, u might end up with 2 partially charged batteries instead of one fully charged one, my suggestion would b to hook up the free battery to the car for a bit and let it charge, after that, swap the batteries, but dont hook up the free one again, let that battery charge for about 15 mins or go for a little cruise with it to recharge it all the way, then rinse and repeat with the other battery

Yeah but be very careful doing it. Make sure the battery is not on concrete. Concrete will discharge a battery in a NY Minute.
Use a good quality set of Jumper Cables remember the heavier the wire the more volts it will take. You really should invest in a good battery charger though 30-40 bucks gets a good one

Short answer - YES
However, an alternator is meant to maintain the charge of the battery, not as a battery charger.

Damage to the alternator may result.

You can, but at today's gas prices you might want to consider buying a charger. A trickle charger will take longer, but it is safer and provides more of a charge to the battery.

actually you should drive your car every day...if you can't then at least twice a week... (Hondas aren't made to sit around doing nothing, if you don't need the car, sell it...you aren't doing yourself or the car a favor by leaving it to rot. and yes they do ROT...the belts rot, the oil goes bad the gas gets fulla water and eats the engine...the tires will rot off.)

You can but i would not do it very long. If you do it to long you might damage some of the components.
