Easiest and most likely most productive way is to go to the library and in the reference section, locate a
"Heavy-Duty Truck Repair Manual"
published by either Motors or Mitchell. The manual will have most all of the engine configurations common today.

Deuetz is a Great engine. And diagrams and photos may be hard to find. Look on the web at Deutz Diesel and see if you can find it there.
