From the Disney website:

I would like to be an actor in a Disney film or television series. How do I get started?

As with any career, education and practice are important. A good first step would be to discuss your interests with a school counselor or drama teacher. If you are not currently enrolled in school, we recommend taking some drama courses at your local college. We suggest you familiarize yourself with a local theater group in your area, and read the entertainment industry trade papers, which are available at most libraries. In these you will find advertisements for upcoming auditions. Also, The Walt Disney Company employs thousands of performers for the various Theme Parks and Resorts. Auditions are held regularly to cast singers, dancers, actors, DJs and VJs, musicians, and bands. For information on these exciting opportunities, please visit our Disney Audition site. When you feel ready to do so, you might consider finding an agent. Their job is to locate work suitable for you. As most film and television organizations require agency representation, having an agent is almost essential for getting paid work. Please understand that we cannot recommend a particular agent or talent agency. For information on how to find an agent in your area, please consult your local entertainment trade papers or the career and entertainment sections of your local library.

Sorry to inform you but Disney Channel doesn't really hire people without agents.

Disney as a corporation will sometimes hold open casting calls for a film every once and a while. But the Disney Channel itself only hires through agent submission. And you actually could submit information to them yourself (i've found addresses online just search for "Disney casting", "Disney Channel casting" or individual show casting).

But if you arre selected by submitting your own things, you will only be an extra, and that's assuming you are local, because they really won't fly you out to come and be an extra.

But why don't you try getting an agent?

Yes, it's worth a shot, but you are not likely to be considered for anything unless you have experience and training...and an agent. The agent should be the last thing to think about right now. Go to your community theater and audition for shows there. Audition for school plays....sign up for acting lessons in your area if you can. If you can't check out acting books from your library....join your school speech team...there are lots of things you can do to get experience and training. Go to your parents and tell them what you want to do. Yes, it's worth a shot but you have to go about it the right way to make it more likely. Good luck

It is not likely you will be able to audition for the Disney channel. It's not as if they have auditions for actors.
They have devloped their actors since they were kids.

Most Disney actors have been performing since they were very young, and, performing on Disney shows.

I suggest that you audition for plays in your city, build your resume, in case you ever get to audition for Disney.

Unfortunately you are not able to just "go" into an audition.
usually you need an appointment to get into auditions. In order to get an appointment, i suggest getting an agent, which will help you getting appointments for the auditions.

Good luck
