Quite a few, plumbers like to work in the dark. All ladies should remember this. "Don't sleep with a drip tonight call a plumber."

Plumbers shouldn't change a light bulb. ELECTRICIANS should. And to save yourself some money, you can do it yourself. You only need a new light bulb & your hands.

Three
One to scratch his head in puzzlement, because this is an electrical problem, not plumbing.
A Second to go to the hardware store for addional parts.
And a Third to explain why its going to cost more than you expected.
Finally.....
Your wife will change it because she disgusted with you all, and run you out of the house.
;)
Ask the plumber about running water to the doghouse while you're out there, lol

A unionized plumber will have a unionized electrician do it. So your answer should be 0.
