OK, here's a shot at two easy points: If you could start any business, what would it be? It could be any business idea. Let those creative juices flow. I am starting a logging company based out North Florida. What would your ideal business be?

I would like to Someday open a Selective hours Restaurant something small and quite with a phenomenal Wine selection and of course great food, just something I would do on the weekends I don't think I would like a full time Restaurant besides if people Can only come there on weekends it would build kind of a alluring quality, Well at least that's how I picture it. I have two ideas. One would be to open a thrift or secondhand store because I can't believe the nice things people throw away around here.
Secondly, to open a publishing house. I believe there are a lot of good books going without an audience because the big houses concentrate only on their serial authors (Stephen King, for one) to the point where the writings aren't that good anymore. I'd like to publish the good unknowns.

I would love to start a magazine, one that wasn't about stupid rumors about celebrities, fashion or beauty tips, or house life. It would be one about school and ALL the best ways to deal with it. Including; jokes to play on teachers, best study tips, how to get back at jerks and bullies, and how to make the club or team you want.
