I WILL my index finger and pinky finger alike into the deepest regions of EACH nostril hourly just for the the shear delight.
I do this every hour whether I need to or not. It's a choice. It's great to live in a free country!

usually just on the drive in to the city in the morning just one time and get it all good and clear so I can breathe all that big city air.
If I am doing a lot of work in dusty, dirty conditions then maybe then too- ya know, everyone does it and it beats sitting next to some one blowing and honking and snorting for 5 minutes in some rag they put back in the pocket!

depends on how congested i am.....maybe 3 times ....but the real question is....how many times does it make its way to ones mouth after the nostril?
