the legends are in the center of each lake in a cave (after you release them) you really dont need to use master balls to catch 2 of them but the other runs away so you should probally use a master ball to catch it but you dont have to. save before you aproach each legendary pokemon and make sure to bring plenty of ultra balls ( somewhere between 25 and 30) the one that runs away is hard to catch but i have a way to get it that makes it a whole lot easier. after the pokemon runs away go to a town( any town will do) go to the place where a route and your town meets but make sure your still in your town. bring up the map on your bottom screen and you should see the legendary pokemon on it. keep walking in between the town and the route. eventually the pokemon will appear in the same route that you are in ( there is no other way to do this) after it is in the same route just walk through grass and the legendary pokemon should come up in a wild battle. a poikemon on i recomend using to fight the pokemon is a crobat that knows mean look ( mean look has to be the first move you use on the pokemon or else it will run away) the legendary pokemon on the box to the game is on top of the mountain
