If anything, the water signs (Pisces, Cancer, Scorpio) tend to be more emotional than others. The Earth signs (Capricorn, Taurus, Virgo) tend to have more stable emotions.
Many people of many different signs have crazy emotions due to various factors. I chalk it up to the fact that everybody has their own limits with regard to emotional stress.

I wouldn't say crazy emotions, you guys are too reserved for that, but damn you are moody as hell. I think that's because you keep your emotions hidden so well by not sharing what's going on in your life, that puts you in a bad mood.
My man is a capricorn and when he's being moody, I just leave him alone.

I tend to be rather bi-polar aswell, maybe it's being a capricorn, but maybe it's a coincidence and we're both actually bi-polar.

Capricorns tend to hold in emotion and ignore how they feel. Try talking it out with someone or just write out a problem you are experiencing and figure out what to do about it. You will feel better if you let it out every once in a while.

Maybe not bipolar but, your feelings can faithfully reflect your immediate environment like if you were a line of mercury in a thermometer. That's perhaps why the capricorns can be persuasive actors (legend tells that).

Um, well, about the craziest Zodiac Sign I don't know, but I guess Scorpios have VERY intense feelings. I myself have many Scorpio influences (Moon, Mars, Pluto in it.), so... During research I once found out that especially Scorpio Moons could be described with the following word: Intensity. Now go figure.
