I've been hearing alot of explaining themselves for voting in the patriot act and supporting the war. Failure to read the patriot act before voting yes should sound off some alarms that maybe that person should not be the president of the united states??
I mean, for all of this talk I hear about education and wanting to do something about our education system, it does seem ironic that someone who wants that can't be bothered to read!

The difference is the agenda the Democrats have may be the same agenda , to get the troops home and try to mend fences that Bush has torn down, we have not one country that likes us anymore. Some Democrat for President just have a stronger agenda. Hillary Clinton will show you and you will like it, wait and see.

Yep, they all have the same agenda. Their only 'idea' is socialism, thinking that they can buy enough votes by promising hand outs of one sort or other to buy enough votes from the American people to win. It's the only 'chicken in a pot' tactic on a grand scale.
Other than that, they have no ideas. But I've noticed this trend since the '94 election. Democrats have been intellectually bankrupt for over a decade.

The agenda that will win them the election is the same and is a no brainer - we have to get these conniving, diabolical, incompetent, irresponsible, lying, heartless neocons out of the white house before they have completely detroyed this country.

They are trying a trick from the Conservative playbook -- don't fight among yourselves, because it will come back to harm whichever candidate eventually gets the nomination.
Which makes them all tend to advocate the same issues -- playing to their political base. Standard political practice.
That leaves just subtle differences, which would only be apparent to those who pay attention to the details of their platform -- which most non-Democrats do not.

Have you seen how Edwards and Dodd (not to mention Murtha, Rangel and others) want to reinstate military slavery?
The only decent Democrat candidates are Gravel and Kucinich.

Yep, acquire more power. Tax, tax, tax and then when I'm down to my last penny... take it as well. Oh and cut'n'run from the mid East... and let's not forget to give money to welfare bums and crackheads...
Sorry, just not a fan...
