Our new house is about 3200 sq ft and has LOTS of windows. I have narrowed it down to Marvin, Pella, and Anderson and am leaning toward Marvin. I would really appreciate any feedback!

You can't go wrong with either of the brands you identified. Marvin is an excellent brand with great reputation among professional builders.

I used Anderson windows in my remodel only because they were a great deal when I purchased them.

If it were me, I would get quotes from each manufacturer for like, kind and quality products, compare the warranty then make my decision.

Have a great time building your home. Need any help? I am free this weekend.

I don't know anything about Marvin. Between Pella and Anderson, I would choose Pella. Read the fine print in the warranties carefully before you choose. ANd make sure whoever installs the windows does the proper waterproofing with flashing on the outside. Nothing worse than leaking windows...don't ask me how I know. The only other tip is if you plan on having white trim inside the house, don't waste the money on wood trim windows on the inside. Painting each and every one is either expensive to hire out or a HUGE HUGE pain in the rear to do yourself later. Again, don't ask me how I know ;)

I, too, have never heard of Marvin. When I was buildingback in the "cold" country, I used both Pella and Anderson. I based my choices on the highest thermal factors. If all three are equal in insullation factors, then go with the price factor. The better the insullation factor, the more savings on heat, your primary cost of utilities.

Research the best window for the best value. I have not heard of Marvin but Pella is made in Iowa so shipping might be cheaper.

My personal experience with Anderson windows has been great. I broke one once (my fault- not the window's) and was able to find a replacement sash the same day. That may be because Andersons are common in the Northeast, where I live.

In my locksmith business, liked working on Anderson sliding and french doors, because of the easy availability of parts. Just one man's opinion.
