im supposed to have my period but for the last week ive had an extremely light flow...not even enough to wear a pad or tampon...just a liner and sometimes even nothing. im not on the pill, not pregant, not sexually active. what could this be and how do i fix it! i am also having headaches. please help im 16 and have had period for 2 years.

Sometimes stress can affect the flow of our periods by making them lighter. The things that can cause the stress can be good or bad.

Please also let your mom know what's going on as well as your doctor, especially because of the cramping being so intense.

I would go with the last answer being stress. If it continues, see a doctor. A womans body is really funny when it becomes stressed.

stress is a big factor. and if youve jsut started exerciseing or doing a sport that will stop you for abouta month or two then youll start back up again if not then ithink you should go to the doctors

DONT COMPLAIN this is called a go0d period...i dunno how long this was goN on but its ok it will probably change b.c mine do too it can bve normal to heavy to lite as hell! as long as its coming ur fine! as far as headaches..those are normal too..if what ur taking not helping ur headaches jus rest

stress as well as a sharp loss in the weight can cause. my advice; see a doctor.
