I like anything that's easy to sing along to. It makes me feel like a pop star, even though I sound like a fog horn.

I like classical. I particularly like Handel Water Music.
I also like R'n'B for the good beats in it. I like Kim Jarrett too. A lot of people haven't heard of her, but her song How Long is beautiful.

when running its a mix between techno and hardcore. its a wierd combo i know but it seems to drive me along. It makes me feel like i still have a bit more energy left
