Who told you this?

A very common scam is the pump and dump scam. A scammer will buy up some average stock. Talk about it and make it seem like it is going to be a wonderful thing. Other people buy into it and that will force the price to rise. The scammer will then sell the stock that he holds and make a nice profit. Meanwhile, the stock market will adjust for the inflated stock price and the people who came in afterwards lose money.

What is so wonderful about the stock? I looked it up and HIVV is no longer a valid ticker. Here is what I was referred to:
http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=HIVV.PK
Current value: .03
That is a stock that can easily lose all of the investment.

What is the company doing? Why should their value go up? There is nothing in the news about them. What does this company even do? What are their financials like?

It sounds like this is either a scam someone is pulling off or someone is daydreaming.

Making money in stock market is not as easy as it sounds. The market is meant for investors who have a considerable appetite for risks because the reality is that you stand as much chance of suffering losses as making gains. are you sure you have the right symbol? I looked up this equity and it has never been higher than approx 48.00 usd/share. If I were you i would wait longer on ReIT, because the housing market hasnt found the bottom yet....later this year or mid next year we could see the bottom..good luck!
