You could be pregnant in your fourth month now, pregnancy tests are not 100% accurate by any means, and a false negative can occur, especially if you tested yourself at the wrong time of day, or the hormone levels weren't high enough.
Here's an easy way to get a good estimate, as long as you are over 12 weeks.
Lay on your back and place your hand on your belly. Move it down your belly until you feel the top of your pelvic bone. Now, press down gently and run your hand up over your bump (don't be afraid of pressing hard, the baby is very well protected by a thick strong band of uterine muscle, and a whole lot of fluid). When you reach the top of your bump, leave your hand there.
Now with a tape measure in your hand, put one end of the tape measure at the top of your pubic bone in front. Stretch it up over your stomach to the top of your bump. Read off the centimetres, add 12, and that is roughly equal to the week of gestation you are.
If you feel no bump above the pelvic bone, you are probably not over 12 weeks yet. At 12 weeks, the uterus is level with the pelvic girdle.
And congratulations.

Realy, you'll have to wait to go see a doctor to have a better idea of how far along you are. The doctor will do an ultrasound and that will help them to get a good idea of how far along you are. They'll do measurements of the fetus and look for other "markers" that will tell them about how far along you are.
It has happened before that woman can't get a positive HPT until she is well into her pregnancy. People talk about being 12 weeks along before it would show up on a test. So, you could be a few months along by now. Many woman have also been known to have some spotting early on in pregnancy.
Congrats!!! Make sure you're taking your prenatals every day!!!!!

Really only an ultrasound or blood test will be able to accurately tell since you have been having some spotting and such there is no way to tell when you ovulated. But you could be 4 months if you tested too early before.
Medicaid will also pay 3 months back for any bills so you should set up an appt with a doctor and tell them you have applied for Medicaid. They may ask you to bring proof from DHHS that you did apply.
Good luck!

It's possible you took the first test too early...you were already pregnant but it wasn't detectable yet. Or maybe you got pregnant after May 4, since that's the last time you bled. There's really no way for me to know which is which. Once you get your Medicaid card, go to the doctor and tell him you don't know how far along you are...they'rell give you an ultrasound to check baby's growth and give you a due date and all that fun stuff. Congratulations!

I have medicaid and I was able to go to the doctor the day I signed up. They gave me a temp paper to prove that I had medicaid and the doctor saw me. Yes you could be 4 months pregnant. Sometimes it may say negative and if fact be positive. It may have been a little soon when you took it. I started showing at 3 months so yes yo ucould be.

If the one test said positive I just assume say you were not pregnant the first time you tested but the second time. Or you could have just tested to early the first time and could infact be 4 months pregnant. You really should try and hurry along the medicaid and get to the doctors... or try and find one of those free clinics.

You could have gotten pregnant in March and just tested too early. Thats why you got a negative.
OR you could have gotten pregnant in April.
Really you could have gotten pregnant any time between March and May but if you're showing already I think it was either March or April. You didnt get pregnant any later than May since you got a positive pregnancy test in June.

Well at around the 16 week mark you start feeling the baby move around little kicks and such, it kinds feels like gas but more mellow. There aren't really many indicators for how far along you are except also that around the 12 week time you start to show aswell, but then again some women show sooner than that. Good Luck and congrats on the expected arrival of your baby.

well if ur last period was in march then I would say there is a three month window you could have gotten pregnant. Feb, Mar, or Apr. I know you are waiting for med. to kick in. i know that feeling. but once you get in they will do a sono to give you the est. i know you didnt want to hear the doc thing but that is really going to be the only kind of accurate way to know.

get to a doctor now medicaid will retro back the payments to you. dont do it for you do it for your baby you need to be seen and getting prenatal care,. and get tested for stds. this is why you shouldnt have sex if you dont have insurance because innocent children suffer only a doctor can answer the question as to how far along you are and keep in mind other health problems will register a positive like tumors and cysts
