He is running for president in 2008. I plan on voting for Ron Paul. He has excellent values. He never voted to raise taxes and voted against the patriot act. He also voted against the iraq war. He is a family man a doctor and a congressman.

9/10 anti Ron Paul spammers, say the same thing over and over again, because Ron hurts their chances. Their arguments never make any sense, but they don't need to, they only want to character assassinate him. They sound like broken records. I know who Ron is, and I will be voting for him.

Some may consider his views extreme, however, If you listen to what he is saying, he is very conservative, and believes in upholding the constitution as it was written...

The federal reserve, to many, was unconstitutional from the beginning, creating a banking cartel.

He fully understands the concept of UNITED STATES.... There are many decisions that, according to the constitution, should be left up to the state and local level governemnt.. and The federal government should not be involved in local government.

He is against the neo-cons stripping of the civil libertites, and the corruption of corporate monopolized economy, and against the protection of the oil companies.

He is the only republican I would consider voting for..

As far as the democrats go, bill rich. is the one that catches my attention...

He's my second choice. I like Obama the best.
Ron Paul is very good candidate. I wish he'd run Dem not GOP. he's actually a libertarian, so he could really run with either party.
My only issues with him are health care, the fact that he is anti-choice, and that he might not want to aid the people in Darfur or stop the genocide.
I support not getting involved in foreign affairs but I think everyone has a responsibility to prevent and stop genocides

Yes, he is the idiot that wants to end all Government involvement and let the states shift for themselves which will drive State and local taxes up to an unbelievable level. Also the idiot that was pretty much the ONLY one that voted against the National Amber Alert law. Also wants to disband the IRS which will leave no one to monitor the taxes of the rich and the corporations. Also wants pot legalized. Yeah I know who he is. I took the vote match quiz and we matched at 22%. I don't think I will be voting for him.

Yes, he's a candidate with some pretty outlandish ideas whose supporters spam this forum regularly, pretending he actually has a chance to get the nomination, or win the Presidency. Lately I think of him as the 2%er, the man who can't get above that number in ANY of the national polls. But his online supporters have to ignore that reality to keep bleating he can win, he can win, he tells the "truth." I wish they'd realize the "truth" themselves and at least admit he is, at the most, a fringe candidate that has little to no chance to advance. If they at least admitted that while still carrying on about how great he is, at least I could respect them.

Yes a great candidate but unfortunately can't win. He is to honest and can't be bought by corporations, so they'll spend billions if necessary to sink him.

I'm a registered Democrat, but if he gets the Republican nomination he'd get my vote.

And just below M asked if he was the one in drag.
No, that's Guiliani.

To old and his voice grates on peoples nerves .
To bad though he would make an excellent president otherwise .

I know we dress him up as darth vader .
Give him a mysterious deep voice and platform shoes to make him tall and a helmet and black cape with a light pen to point out corrupt politicians for the inquisition into fraud and waste in government .

There is no chance he could get the Republican nomination, so your only hope to vote for him is in the primary. His anti-war policy is like a good Democrat; so maybe you should switch your party.

He caught my attention after appreances on the Daily Show & Colbert Report. After some research I have decided he is the candidate who best represents my views, whether he actually gets the presidential nomination is another matter....
