Agree and disagree. Hatred is rooted in fear. But hate and fear are two different things. While hate is a warped extension of fear, fear can exist without hate.

Disagree... i fear my doctor and dentist but I do not hate them. Hate is an ugly word and should not be thrown out so easily. I do not hate anyone I know I make dislike something that they have said or done but I do not hate who I know. Now I can tell you with all honesty that I do hate Bin Landin and I do fear him but I still think the two are seperate.

I generally agree. But fear can be healthy. I should fear those who would harm me or my family, or who would harm innocent people. I don't necessarily have to hate them. Hate is too strong a word. But my fear of criminals or terrorists will motivate me to support actions to stop them from destroying civil society.

Disagree. There is a kind of hatred that flows out of fear, but there is another kind--a hatred of evil, of sin, of that which is harmful to oneself or others--that flows out of righteousness. The first is a destructive hatred. The second is a preserving hatred.

Disagree.

Hatred could come from envy of something someone else has. It could come from the pain you endured from the past.

But if you were to not fear anyone (which I doubt, because that's on a high level of optimism), it wouldn't mean you didn't hate anyone. It could also mean that you have the idea of thinking that you know more than what they might think you know.

All emotions are born of two basic emotions: love and fear. Love brings about positive emotions. Fear brings about negative emotions.

Agree. Which is why many "people of faith" should be called "people of fear".

Depends on what you mean by "hate."
If you mean, "despise and wish ill of," then I tend to agree with your statement.
However, there is the "hate" that one may direct towards evil (as in, "I hate injustice.") and that does not require fear, at all.
