Yes. If I could afford it, I'd have the lot. Teeth, boobs. tummy tuck. liposuction, everything. I'd go to the extreme.

later on down the line, i'd consider a boob job... but not until i'm older (i'm 28). Although I don't totally like my nose... and I've always wanted fuller lips... I can't see myself doing anything with my face. I've seem too many movie stars come out looking plastic. I'd rather age gracefully...

I have considered getting a boob job myself.
I'm not flat by any means...i'm just a little unhappy about the lack of fullness...i lost weight and went down from a C ro a B and that was the one part of my body that i was fine with and didn't want to reduce.
but i've done alot of research on the procedure and it just scares the hell out of me, and plus i've heard all the horror stories. Sooo i dnt know....i might just use padded bras and inserts for now

Girls need to realize that some men don't enjoy their women having more plastic parts than barbie. Work what you got and save the money for something more important. I know i won't go under the knife.

I've considered having my boobs reduced. But decided against it because they are all natural, not artificial and even as I get older I don't mind being looked at in a nice way.

Thats what you say now, wait till your having babies, getting old, just imagine that gravity. What about this one, imagine your coffin with all bones and some silicone. lol!!
I think that it makes women look insecure! There are beautiful women out there with none. Kate Hudson & Leanne Rhimes. Just work out the rest of your body.
Don't be vain, it will only make you look like (LOOK AT ME) I am so desperate for attention that I saved money to cutt open my body and there is a chance i could get cancer. But look at me.
I would say your beautiful just the way God made you. You can be a insecure girl with a boob job and evertime someone says your name, they can say, oh yeah thats the girl with the boob job.
Or you can be a confident woman and stay in shape eat healthy and be all you!!! Then when people speak of you, they can say, oh she is so funny, or sweet.
I think you are that confident woman, you just might want to think about what is really important. Not fake and artificial. Most people think its dumb. Nobody wants to be looked at as dumb.

I am very much considering this. Not because of my vanity but, because they took out the parotid gland from my face and it left a scar on my neck and an indention in FRONT of my ear!
The only reason I have not done this....I HATE NEEDLES!

i have... but i like myself just the way i am
i thought about a boob reduction b/c they went from a c cup to a ddd after my pregnancy. they are down to a dd and i'm quite happy with them. however the back problems i'm now getting are awful
