you cant know your a few days pregnant take the tylenol. it takes 10- 12 days for the egg to implant and another week for signs to show so theres no way you know your pregnant. the first sign is a missed period tylenol is all a pregnant woman can take

Not at all.....if you are pregnant, Tylenol is pretty much the only thing you can take. Don't worry!!

Tylenol is fine. It's the only thing that you are supposed to take while pregnant. Stay away from Advil, Motrin and aleve.

You can take Tylenol. You shouldn't take it unless you absolutely have to though.

tylenol is the only thing you can take when pregnant or nursing. That and tums. Lots of tums!

advil and aleve are the worst. i think tylenol is supposed to be the best pain reliever to take, however, i probably wouldn't unless you desparately need to. call your doc to double check
