It's all bright yellow with a few long black tufts of hair sticking out. I live in Ohio and I've never seen one like this. Does anyone have any good links that I can go to to see pictures and identify it? Or does anyone just know what it is?

Is it a FUZZY yellow one?

for lots of yellow caterpillars.

If it is fuzzy, you might want to stay clear of touching it. Some folks are allergic to all fuzzy caterpillars. It might be this one:

Sounds like a yellow-based Tussock Moth caterpillar.

try looking for images of catepillars and see if your shows up. It should tell you what kind it is.
