Basic (Na2O and MgO), amphoteric (Al2O3) to acidic (the rest).

Solubility is maximum for SiO2 and falls down as we go the right and the left.

Water forms strong bases with Na2O2 and MgO

No effect on SiO2

Acids produced with P4O10, SO2, Cl2O.

Amphoteric action with Al2O3.
