The plant is growing peppers that look fine but the leaves on some of them is brown and black ? I checked for mites or bugs ,and I dont see any

Could be due to how you water. The leaves are the first thing to turn brown if there is not enough water. Also, if the ground is wet from watering it can turn the bottom leaves brown.

Try watering your pepper plants with a watering can that has some Miracle Grow for tomato plants added to it. That normally helps mine.

Or you can normally add a bit of Epsom Salt about a tablespoon per gallon or so to your water and spray that on your pepper plants. It should help green your pepper plants up. Epsom Salt has magnesium in it. And magnesium will help make your pepper plant leaves a nice dark green.

Is the leaves old or new if the leaves are old it happens like my pepper plant does if it is new it might be sun burnt.
