Can minnows eat cold water fish food?

plz can you tell me if you can feed minnows cold water fish food because I have just got some and i'm not sure if its safe plz can u tell me?

Sure, that would be a good staple for them. Adding things like bloodworms, daphnia and mosquito larvae will be even better for them though.
